Job Overview


·Acts as theprimary point of contact for all assigned key processes and projects

·Lead processimprovement initiatives across order management & standardize process

·Proactively identify,scope and prepare business cases for opportunities to improve processes inconjunction with process owners/managers

·Coach and supportproject team members in use of tools and methodologies

·Document andmonitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating proceduresas a result of improvement initiatives

·Facilitate andprovide specialist process improvement advice to business units via targetedworkshops to identify and resolve specific issues that are critically impactingbusiness outcomes and require urgent resolution

·Create/updatebusiness requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailedfunctional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documentsand implementation documentation as necessary

·Execute againstOrder to Cash (O2C) documented processes and Veritas policies

·Build and monitorinternal processes for Order Management from implementation to support

·Work withbusiness customers, developers and Oracle Support to research, document andresolve Oracle system issues

·Assist internalteam, partners and customers to resolve a wide range of questions, queries andissues

·Ensure a smoothflow of communication with internal departments that O2C work directly withsuch as Sales, Sales Operations and Support Teams

·Contribute todevelopment of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing scripts and performtesting for new product and proposed changes

·Develop in-depthknowledge on specific processes and be responsible for training

·Support month endand Quarter end close

·Respond to allRevenue, SOX and Audit Team Queries

·Responsible todeliver internal projects on time

Qualifications & Experience:

·6-8 years of cross-functional experience managingBusiness Process Projects into order management

·4+ year’s experience in creating documentation to supportanalysis for all aspects of the E-Business Order To Cash

·4-6 year’s experience with Oracle CRM and/or ERP inaccount management, order management, service contracts and Partner Portals

·Broad technical,analytical and business acumen and structured problem solving skills

·Experience inbusiness policy implementation, process engineering and continuous improvement

·Experience working with Oracle ERP (preferably OracleR12) desirable

·Mid- to Seniorlevel experience as a subject matter expert leading successful CRM, Billing orERP enterprise implementations

·Understanding ofthe Quote to Order process (CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and CRM)

·Excellent oraland written communications skills and ability to interact with and present toall levels of management

·Ability to workin a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and with a high degree of professionalism

·Proficiency withMicrosoft Suite, (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)

·Drive changemanagement

·IndividualPerformance Management including a proven record of delivering quality service

·Graduate or MBAwith equivalent experience.
