The Business Management Analyst focuses on supporting activities, which are in the main to ensure the delivery of other Business Management team members’ responsibilities. The tasks with which a Business Management Analyst is involved may be biased toward liaison, collation and analytical tasks, which then aids the building their knowledge base. The involvement is likely to be limited to a selection from the range Business Management activities (cost, performance, headcount) at any one time. Typically the Business Management Analyst has no line reporting responsibilities and liaison is usually limited to internal contact points. This role is required to support the strategic initiatives & governance and control around internal & external resources in COO. The resources is expected to work very closely with the senior stakeholders on various important deliverables including preparing dashboards & monthly MI. The candidate should poses strong excel, PowerPoint and analytical ability. Knowledge of Tableau would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Business Management Analyst,

Location: Jaipur, India

This role is part of TDI COO Central Resource Management team. The person would be involved in the governance, tracking, reporting of various resource management related activities and has to ensure that change initiatives are understood and governance is established in coordination with the global change management practices.  To support in all aspects of Business Management activity, with a strong focus on Headcount and Resource Management; to also support the wider management team with Governance of approx. 40,000 (Emp and CWR T&M/CWR FP) HC globally.  Ensure that diligently execute the responsibility of delegate of Divisional COO across Group COO & TDI as part of the headcount approval.

Your key responsibilities

•             Provide high quality end to end reporting & analytical services

•             Active participation and focus on initiatives in improving efficiency, synergy and eradicating any non-value added activities if any

•             Active participation and driving business management function of global COO teams by

•             Building relationship with SPOCs, Business Coordinators, Divisional COOs and developing better traction with business

•             Work closely with onshore business managers on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives

•             Enhance understanding of core business processes and process interrelationships by liaising with Global Teams

•             Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across all processes

•             Comprehensive analysis and modeling of structural relationships (FTE, forecast, "what-if scenarios")

•             Responsibility for the achievement of the corresponding goals of the RM team

•             Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to avoid manual intervention

•             Timely respond to ad-hoc queries form senior management

•             Establishes and ensures adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes, and controls

•             Seamless delivery of financial and non-financial tasks.

•             Provide value add analysis in management updates on key projects, controls, ongoing operational initiatives, financials and related business management activities.

•             Participate in growth plan, business reviews and change management initiatives with the Global Operations team. Be an active member of the team that manages the initiatives

•             Manage all Financial, Headcount and other strategic analysis for senior management

•             Support enquiries from business units, supervise production of monthly deliverables and provide analysis on the variation in MIs supported by the changes in operations

•             Respond to ad hoc / fire drills in a timely manner

•             Support Risk and Control initiatives and facilitate ongoing monitoring

•             Work with COOs and Finance to support month end tasks

•             Partnership with colleagues (within team and in COO) to get the optimum product being delivered.

•             Work very closely with the process owners/stakeholders and other internal clients.

•             Able to manage multiple stakeholders and resource allocation as per varying organization needs

•             Should be comfortable to multitask and experience in working on HCM tool such as workday, experience on various MIs tools such as EMS, Tableau etc. is important

•             Escalate all issues in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business

•             Regular and proactive engagement with the stakeholders - Onshore counterparts/CTB/HR/BE to provide solutions to business issues and to take the organisation to the next level

•             Manage multiple activities – monthly, quarterly and annually

Your skills and experience

•             Relevant experience in one or more specific technical area

•             Strong FP & A skills

  •         Preferably CA / MBA from reputed institution

•             8-10 years of work experience

•             Very strong analytical and problem solving skills

•             Passion and proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data

•             Strong written & oral communication skills

•             Able to work with senior global stakeholders

•             Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff

•             Ability to work in fast paced environment

•             Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment

•             Flexible problem-solver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues

•             A broad understanding of the business/divisional offering

•             Knowledge of DB Group/COO financial processes and systems

•             Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry

•             Capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with ability to challenge & prioritize

•             Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity, MS-Access, Tableau, Workday

•             Familiar with project management & governance
