GENERAL SUMMARYQualcomm Diagnostics Team under BDC DFT Organization is looking for Sr.Lead Engineer in areas of Diagnostics Methodology Development and Diagnostics Operations for Qualcomm’s leading edge technology chips.
Diagnostics Tools/Methodology development for Scan, Memory diagnostics for all Qualcomm products in leading edge technology
Diagnostic Operations ownership and execution
Working with Yield, DFT, Test Engineering teams and EDA vendors to enable high volume diagnostics, contribute in Yield debugs
BE/B.Tech, ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer science
Knowledge in Scan DFT, MBIST – either in Design execution or EDA DFT flow development,
Strong coding skills in Python/Perl, exposure to Web technologies (html/CGI/PHP), MySQL
Strong analytical skills especially in data analysis and debug skills
Good communication skills, Ability to own and drive a project, deliverables,
Ability to work with multiple WW teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Must be a team player, ability to multi-task.
Exposure/awareness of Test Engineering/ ATE flows
Education:Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Information Systems
Work Experiences:1+ years experience with hardware design and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools, etc. ,1+ years experience with circuit design (e.g., digital, analog, RF). ,1+ years experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
