What we arelooking for


  • Providing support to client on troubleshooting issues as per defined process
  • Maintaining IBM Endpoint Manager (BigFix) infrastructure documentation and procedures
  • Upgrade or manage the fixlet using BIGFIX, check the reports using BES web reports
  • Create the package and copy it to the task in the fixlet
  • Document all issues and generate reports detailing common problems and error trends
  • Explains the exact cause of problem and provided solutions to it.
  • Works on Mass Deployment on the machine with the Bigfix Console
  • BigFix 9.5.8 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Software Deployment and Patch Management
  • Fixlet Authoring: Automated many activities using BigFix. Wrote custom fixlets and task to automate and orchestrate different pieces of work. Efficiently used BigFix Baselines to reduce the overall effort required to perform the deployment. Created the required SOPs and Run books and guided the L2 and L1 team to perform the tasks.
  • Deploying Software's and Security Patches through IBM Endpoint Manager (BigFix)
  • Infrastructure Management and Server Patching
  • Responsible for maintaining the agreed SLA's of client's IT infrastructure supporting 24/7 environment
  • Preparing the Root Cause Analysis for any major issues
  • Additional knowledge on Monitoring tools like ITM \\ ITNM
  • Basicunderstanding of Tools usage
  • Good-to-Have:

  • ITIL V4 Framework

  • Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Very strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Minimum Qualification:

    ·15 years of full-time education

    ·Minimum percentile of 50% in10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
