At our IT organization we are looking for a Tower Lead in the area of Foundation Infrastructure, which is a multidisciplinary role that stewards and interconnects Operations support for main products - network, network security, server, storage and backup - delivered by third-party Managed Service Providers (MSP) with key Stakeholders both for IT and for Business Clients ensuring quality service, timeliness and client excellence. Our ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, is able to collaborate effectively and can actively work with teams having a customer focused mindset.
