Description

  • - Program manage the HRWT migration and Transformation.

    - Coordinate with the vendor(s) and Infrastructure team to work on the migration plan.

    - Knowledge about the SaaS platforms like HCM cloud or Success Factors will be an added advantage.

    - Has extensive experience with complex requirements (for the purposes of implementing the requirements)

    - Should have worked on at-least 2 projects where candidate is personally involved from beginning to design a system.

    - Can design solutions independently

    - Is aware of the best practices which exist in the industry

    - Should have in-depth knowledge of how PeopleSoft, Infrastructure and microservice world works.

    - Architecture design and solution plan for PeopleSoft and third party peripheral products.

    - Infrastructure sizing, capacity planning for Production and Non-Production architecture.

    - Approach planning and implementation between PeopleSoft and Third party application softwares using various interface methods.

    - Excellent research skills, analytical skills, client-interfacing skills, presentation skills and communication skills

    - Architecture, configuration, Designing and Implementation for PeopleSoft for large scale organizations.

    - Migration of PeopleSoft infrastructure from one platform to another platform.

    - Design the architecture for PeopleSoft Migration from one Data Center to another Data Center.

    - Plan periodic patches for PeopleSoft Infrastructure with minimal impact to business.

    - Managing Production Support, Infrastructure Support, Maintenance , Release Management, Customer escalations and Risk Management.

    - High-level design for the software structure, deployment strategies, update and patching strategies.

    - Expertise in all aspects of the PeopleSoft Applications lifecycle such as development, deployment, Patching and Upgrades.

    - Excellent understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability architecture for Oracle PeopleSoft Applications.

    - Design and Implement operational support processes and understands key challenges customers are facing during implementation and migration of Oracle PeopleSoft Applications.

    - Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project.

  • BE/B.Tech IT/CS - Full Degree
  • Experience in s/w development 8-12 Years.
