Candidate must have zeal to sales and ready to travel extensively on short notice. Should have own 2/4 wheelers. Ideally techno-commercial background - BE or Diploma Engineer from Mechanical stream/MBA with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience on sales cum Service of industrial products in B-to- B environment. Must have Good communication skills to be able to talk to different contact levels when visiting end-users. Should be able to develop technical argumentation to support commercial offers. Need to acquire new accounts / Clients, sell the products. Achieve technical activities defined by the company and also take responsibility of users accounts of his portfolio.
1.Targeted list of users is created, updated and followed
2.Planning visit is done on 2 weeks basis and shared with Company
3.Fulfil End-user cards with all relevant information (Fleet, Tire Consumption, contact details)
4.Plan & achieve technical visit along with tires tracking identification and record.
5.Identify the right machines with the right tires for comparison
6.Able to identify the tires and develop argument capability.
7.Updates of the reporting tools on daily basis.
8.Collect all relevant information useful to develop future business (Market, customer, tires, prices, competitors Information etc).
9.Candidate must be able and willing to travel extensively within the stipulated area.
