Strategy

  • Test Strategy planning and definition
  • This includes Test Approach, Phase Gates / Stages
  • Scoping of the Application for Testing and tracking constraints or dependencies
  • Test Data and Environment Planning in-coordination with upstream/downstream teams
  • Includes consideration of internal governance processes
  • Managing the Test Readiness Status across the applications
  • Coordination with individual platform Test Managers across the various integrated teams
  • Tracking of Test Execution and Issue/defect management
  • Test Status Reporting
  • Processes

  • Defining the Test Strategy
  • Designing tests ensuring coverage across functional and non-functional aspects
  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating QA activities with all upstream and within scrum team
  • Ensuring detailed structured test plans, test cases are in place.
  • Define corrective actions for defects raised
  • Oversight over automated regression packs
  • Test execution Tracking (Key Quality Assurance metrics like defect densities, test coverage and open defect counts)
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in computer science or Information Technology or equivalent
