You’ll be responsible for planning and executing media buying strategies across various digital marketing platforms and partners.

  • Plan, execute, and track all media buying (non-biddable) campaigns and platforms.
  • Expand the channel portfolio for digital campaigns and onboard new partners / vendors.
  • Build a network of affiliate partners and manage the relationships to drive the maximum ROI on the campaigns.
  • Plan and execute annual/quarterly/monthly marketing budgets.
  • Launch campaigns and experiments with new partners and vendors every month / quarter.
  • Create campaigns, monitor performance and optimize strategy across all non-biddable partners.
  • Acquire the best traffic and leads with payout models like CPL, CPS and revenue share.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing using Google analytics and in-house tools.
  • Give new and creative ideas in terms of marketing channels, creative content, and ways to increase performance.


Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Media Buying.

  • Strong background of working on channels like OTT, Payment Networks (PhonePe, Gpay, etc.), Affiliates and other non-biddable inventory.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing and growing an affiliate network.
  • Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Highly analytical - can glean insights from complex sets of information.
  • Very comfortable navigating analytics tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of excel and advanced excel functions
