The opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to be the single point of contact between different internal teams and various global publisher and society partners for CACTUS mainly headquartered in Europe and US.

Responsibilities:

• MIS reporting & data analysis for respective business verticals.
• Help solve challenges and plug gaps with a good understanding of CACTUS’ services with data driven solutions.
• Address queries with speed and efficiency
• Liaise and coordinate with cross functional teams and leadership to support overall business growth
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Be adept at keeping stakeholders engaged
• Support daily team operations and projects
• Assist to project manage various technology implementations
• Support team in developing and nurturing multiple publisher and society accounts and new business opportunities

Requirements (Desires skills & experience):

• 1-2 years of experience in MIS & operations
• Have collaborative working spirit
• Have excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Sharp business acumen and problem-solving aptitude
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote & results-driven environment
• Are agile and comfortable with changing priorities and are not bound by geographical boundaries to perform and get the work done
• Can work under deadlines, work flexibly while maintaining a positive attitude
• Have a customer friendly attitude

Added advantage -

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs is an added advantage
• Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
