Protect Group provides Membership Programmes that operate a variety of benefits centred around the distribution of Refund Protection. In simple terms, we help online booking agents to provide a fully refundable booking option to their customers.
Duties will include:
- Develop an unparalleled understanding of the B2B travel market, including the operating model, systems and key players
- Work with the B2B Senior Manager to understand the key market opportunities
- Follow the operating model to drive growth in the B2B travel market, and provide ideas of how to improve and develop the operating model.
- Visit new and existing clients, building outstanding relationships & establish commitment to growth
- Visit Travel Agents to Train staff and enhance the understanding of our products
- Build the profile of Protect Group through effective marketing, including Presentations, Webinars and Training.
Candidate skills and requirements:
- Experience in developing excellent relationship and networking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Enthusiastic, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and a confident approach to closing business
- Well organised with previous experience using CRM systems
- Previous experience in B2B Travel is an as advantage
