We are looking for Chartered Accountants for our Group Financial Reporting (Consolidation) team as per below details -

Location - Bangalore

Vacancy 1 - Manager / Senior Manager

i). CA with 9 – 12 years (2009 - 2012 batch Qualified) of post qualification in Financial reporting and Consolidation of Financial statements (under IndAS / IFRS)

ii). Must have handled consolidation of big group consisting > 100 entities in multi jurisdiction and multi-currency environment

iii). Good understanding of reporting requirements under IndAS / IFRS

iv). Team Management

v). Should have worked in environment of partial system driven and partial manual consolidation framework

vi). Previous experience of leading implementation of consolidation tool will be an added advantage

vii) Good exposure on handling Group Audits with Big - 4

Vacancy 2 – Assistant Manager

i). CA with 1 – 4 years (2017 - 2020 batch Qualified) of post qualification in Financial reporting (under IndAS / IFRS)

ii). Good understanding of reporting requirements under IndAS / IFRS

iii). Should have good experience in preparation of financial statements

iv). Prior experience in consolidation is preferable
