We are looking for a Customer Support Agent Executive with a strong work ethic and dedicated to creating a safe working culture within the team. You will get an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and play a vital role in improving the safety standards at our growing organization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ORM/Social Media Escalations/Chat Support/Email Support.
- Proﬁcient in Written English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.
- Experience in handling email and chat grievances/queries would be an advantage.
- Raise issues to the concerned teams and follow up for resolutions.
- High level of individual discretion to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
- Build credibility with customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understand their needs and respond promptly.
- Accurately document all customer issues via emails and customer support tools, adhere to the process and follow-up timely.
- Should be comfortable with both the chat and calling process.
- Have an excellent customer service attitude and is customer focused.
- Should be comfortable in rotational shifts.
- Should have multitasking abilities and should be able to quickly identify problem statements.
- Good command over English Language, ability to effectively communicate information in written format.
- A problem- solving attitude.
- Customer service experience of at least one year.
- Should be able to multitask.
- Dedicated and focused individual.
- Should have both chat and calling experience.
