Should be able to work in 24/7 support environment for daily administrative operations.
Diagnose complex technical problems and create test scenarios.
Deliver accurate solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Identify potential product defects and escalate to development.
Work effectively within a team environment and foster good relationships with cross functional teams.
Manage and prioritize customer concerns and questions per severity and impact, resolving them within agreed service levels.
End-to-End case ownership from case receipt to resolution, individually while being part of a team.
2 to 3 years of work experience in two or more of the following technology areas:
Must Have: Power BI, SQL, QlikView
Good to Have: Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Web Jobs
- Having good experience in writing DAX queries in Power BI
- Good to have knowledge in applying RLS in Power BI
- Having good experience in SQL queries
- Having good knowledge in QlikView in creating the data model on the backend doing data transformations, generating qvds, writing scripts, choosing the best schema that suits the data and also on the UI/frontend.
- Good to have working experience in Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Web Jobs
