Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 7-10 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Should Manage Calendar Management/ Meeting schedules.

Handle Travel Arrangements

Administrative and Secretarial Support to Director.

Managing Day to Day operations.

Review and attend to emails as and when required

Taking down meeting minutes / drafting letters.

Coordinate with internal stake holders and departments for necessary updates.

Preparation of extracts of various meetings.

Drafting of Notice, Agenda and Minutes.

Maintenance of MIS of Meetings

Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.

Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally

Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization

Ideal Candidate:

Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives. Nonprofit board experience is highly-preferred.

Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.
