Title: Head Content Marketing & Organic Growth


Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Principal Accountabilities:

l We are looking for a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role of Content Marketing & Organic Growth


l The key deliverables are

l Deliver “Organic Leads” and “Organic Traffic” for the B2B and B2C channels.

l Custodian of the brand website experience

l Candidates will be experts on Content Development (Experience in creating various types of content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.) Website analytics, CRM, Hubspot, Social media analytics, understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform, and know how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy.

l The candidate will manage a team of SEO manager and content creators, Content Marketing Agency & liaise closely with the website tech team. Will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as demonstrate sound leadership and decision-making ability.

l Content Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

v Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

v Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

v Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

v Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

v Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.

v Managing a content marketing budget.

v Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.

v Managing a team of writers, illustrators, and data analysts.

v Implementing SEO best practices.

v Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.

v Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.

v Work with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and other industry experts

v In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System

v Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage

Work Qualifications:


· 4-8 years of experience in Content Marketing/Organic Growth/Inbound marketing preferably for a B2B brand

· Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.

· Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

· Education from Tier -1 or Tier - 2 college is preferable.


· Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.

· Experience with online community building.

· Data-driven and highly analytical.

· Proficiency with Google Analytics.

· Proficiency with social media analytics.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication
