Responsibilities
- Execution of end to end recruitment process
- Execution of onboarding process
- Support in employee engagement activities and training programs
- Support in creating and executing effective HR Communications
- Maintain relevant records and MIS
- Supporting HR priority projects
KEY SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
- Should have prior knowledge and experience in recruitment and employee communication
- Very Good MS Office Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, timeline-driven environment
