Summary: Someone who is currently handling renewals (mainly Private Car renewals) in the same location or is into sales and wants to move to renewals.
- To achieve Locations Retentions Ratios as per Target
- To achieve Channel Retentions Targets for Motor 4 W Pvt Car and TW Two wheeler - OEM/Non OEM Channels, Health -EM, Agency & RB Channels, Commercial Lines - EM, Agency & RB Channels.
- Intermediary Relationship Management- Building relationship with IMDs to try and get Maximum Renewals business for LGI.
- Highlights any issues related to IMDs/Business Teams and provide solutions for the same.
- Daily Activity- Sending Relevant MIS to Business Teams on Retentions Performance, Liaising with UW team & IT Team to ensure smooth functioning of Renewals process.
- To take new initiatives and feedbacks to Improve Renewal Ratio.
