MediaTek Bangalore is in the process of commencing a RTL Integration team in Bangalore.
We are looking for a senior candidate to help lead this team as a departmental manager.
The role provides a unique opportunity to experience building a team while also honing one’s management and technical skills in recruiting, mentoring while technically contributing towards MediaTek’s most advanced products.
Team
- RTL Front-End Integration for MediaTek’s 5G/Advanced modem SoC’s
Roles
- Close co-work with global teams to ensure RTL quality standards for MTK’s 5G/Beyond modems
- Lead a team of motivated designers to perform all RTL quality checks – LINT/CDC/LEC/CLP etc.
- Opportunity to define the bus/clock/power architecture of the modems
- System level contribution for modem’s power optimization (key performance index for any modem)
- Lead and facilitate cross-domain interactions with RTL designers, Verification engineers
- Drive discussions with back-end teams to ensure modem’s timing/power/area targets are met
- Frequent presentations to management; grow the team in terms of headcount and role
Additional Responsibilities
- Define new methodologies to automate and debug integration related issues
- Opportunity to do system level simulations
- Updates and proposals to top management
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in RTL integration quality checks, system level verification
- Hands-on experience in FE activities such as – LINT/CDC/CLP/LEC/Timing-analysis
- Prior experience as a manager is desirable but not a requirement
