About the Job Role
The Sales & Business Development Manager (who will be based in Bangalore), being among the early joiners, will work closely with the company founders and will have an opportunity to be a strong contributor to the company’s growth and future. Will be an excellent opportunity for the candidate to rapidly grow with the company.
We are looking for people with Sales / BD experience of 4-8 years. Experience in FMCG is preferred, but not essential.
Responsibilities (apart from the regular stuff like meeting sales targets etc.)
- New Business Development in both B2B and B2C segments (online and retail)
- Key Account Management for e-commerce portals
- Demand Forecasting, Sales Collections, Organizing special promotions, events etc.
- Working with modern trade and building strong relationship with key accounts
