Job title: Senior Sales Consultant(US and Canada -6.30 pm to 3.30 am)
Pitch, demo, and creative solution for VPs, Managing Partners, Digital Transformation Teams, heads of IT, sales leaders, C-Suite, & other stakeholders.
Owns and leads deal cycle from the first call to the close
Partner with internal stakeholders & teams, utilizing available resources, to collaboratively sell to prospective clients
Build and manage a large pipeline of business while achieving and exceeding individual quarterly quotas
Execute best sales practices and techniques as provided by management
Create satisfied, reference-able, and referring customers
Updating and managing daily, weekly and monthly reports for data analytics
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Some prior experience in selling resource deployment services to US Clients .
Dynamic Person with excellent English Communication (Verbal and Written) and Presentation skills .
Highly reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Proven track record in delivering value-based presentations and demos to prospects and customers
Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal), negotiation skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization
Hunter - appetite for opening and closing new accounts
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, selling environment preferred
Dynamic Presentation Skills - Ability to engage & hold the attention of c-level executives
