Job Description

Contract Management:

Vetting of Client and Vendor draft agreements. Drafting of Agreements / Restructuring of standard templates as and when agencies requests. Negotiating on various client / vendor calls. Resolving legal queries (including opinions towards IPR and any amendments in guidelines/statue).

· Maintaining database of vetting/review of contracts

Litigation:

Drafting of internal demand notices, rejoinders and reply/responses Liaisoning with some of the external counsel for current litigation updates and agency personnel for way forward

Maintaining database of recoveries and ongoing / prospective litigations

Qualifications

Lawyer from reputed Law school with minimum 5 years of experience Working experience preferably from a reputed MNC
