AB InBev India is looking to hire an Senor Manager -People Business Partner Supply & Logistics & Hub based functions for its People team based out of Bangalore.


Primary Purpose of the role

Partner with Key stakeholders and drive the Talent development & engagement Philosophy of ABI for India.


Key Tasks & Accountabilities

· Talent: Define the strategy to recruit the right talent based on business priorities and participate in various recruitment activities to make it happen

· Ensure internal talent receives the right development opportunities, career opportunities and experiences.

· Manage the Campus Hiring Program for Supply & Logistics. End to end management of trainee life cycle along with Program Design & Talent Management

· People Cycle implementation: Be responsible for implementing the cycle for all regions and provide coaching to the leaders on how to run people processes more efficiently.

· Operational excellence: Evaluate and share the impact of the changing national legislation on HR processes and practices. Monitor budgets and develop action plans to close gaps in budgets.

· Receive and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues

· Projects – Central lead for driving the Learning, Engagement Agenda for the entire Supply & Logistics Team (900+ employees)

· Lead the Supply Excellence Program (VPO, DPO & LCP) for all the Breweries and Teams in India


Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

  • 4 - 8 years of experience, Post-graduation (MBA) in HR

- Innovative and independent thinker

- Ability to be flexible and navigate ambiguous situations

- Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment

- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills, performance, and metrics tracking.
