Required skills

Full Stack Wordpress Development Experience

Ecommerce development experience and working with various payment gateways.

Strong knowledge of web security best practice

Highly proficient in Web technologies - PHP, CSS and SQL

HTML5, CSS3, SASS JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MySQL. etc

Experience using Bootstrap and other front-end libraries

Experience working with MySQL and other relational databases

Experience in managing website and domain hosting and DNS

Take complete responsibility and ownership of the projects from start to end.

An understanding of browser performance constraints and how to mitigate them, such as; optimisation, tuning/page weight, resource loading and caching

Responsive design and knowledge of best practices for UI and UX. Especially in an ecommerce context.

Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs

Experience with Git & Github / Version Control

High attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced workplace

Desirable skill

A background working for, or similarly fast-paced, results driven environment

Good understanding of SEO concepts in regards to page performance

Experience in building and maintaining WordPress plugins

Working knowledge of Google Accelerated Mobile Pages
