Profile : Solution Architect Skills Set

Location: Delhi & Mumbai

Salary : 12 LPA + Variables

Solution Architect Skills Set –

· Design, Build and Architect Active Directory Infrastructure, ADCS, ADFS, DNS and other related Services

· Experience with Active Directory Domain Consolidation/migrations Scenarios using Quest Migration Manager for Active Directory

· Prepare the Business Case Proposals, Solution Documents, Evaluation of solutions and vendors

· Good working knowledge on Tools like Microsoft ATA or Azure ATP, Understanding of Security threats, build solutions/SOPs and KT to GSOC Team

· Should have the Knowledge on Azure AD as Cloud IDP, knowledge on PING Identity is preferred

· Willing to learn new technologies, preparing business case proposals, solution decks and budgeting

· Develop LLD, HLD, experience of building Design and Architecture diagram and ensure the DNS security

· SSO configurations via PING Identity, authentication policies, home realm discovery, ADFS customization etc. Understanding of Basics of Federation and why federation is used, its advantages.

· Automation & PowerShell scripting is added advantage

· Should have experience of managing/leading Global Teams, good Team Management and Interpersonal skills, Generate/publish the Project Governance Tracker

AD Security –

· Experience in Implementation of Tiering Model, Privilege Access, Segregation of Infrastructure Components for Tier-0 Model

· Experience if implementing AD Hardening – DC, Servers and workstation CIS benchmark

· DNS Hardening – Implement Security Controls, Co-ordination with Local IT Teams to implement the DNS changes for countries.

· Understanding of Threats and Remediation support to GSOC Team

· Experience with other Third-Party security Tools – Azure Monitor, Ping castle, ALSID

· Regular and upkeep of the security controls

O365 & Exchange

· Install, configure & troubleshoot different roles of Exchange servers

· Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing replication

· Managing DAG and CAS Arrays ,troubleshooting failover issues, addition and deletion of Exchange servers from clusters

· Migration of an on premise Exchange environment to Exchange 2010/2013/2016 or to Office 365

· Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, server errors, mail delivery latency issues, analysis of NDR

· Configure, maintain & troubleshoot email gateways, anti-spam (Proof point, Barracuda, Mimecast, etc...)

· Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues

· Problem determination and resolution within SLAs with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Produce detailed and accurate technical documentation

· Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

· With an ISP/Managed Services/IT Services company is preferred, and a background in dealing with global teams and remote teams will be a strong plus

· Install ,configure ,maintain & troubleshoot DirSync, AD FS

· Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 environment

· Unified Messaging, Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos and DNS.

· PowerShell cmdlet and scripting knowledge

· Microsoft Exchange certification is a strong plus

· Respond and resolve escalated system incidents, problems or outages and accurately report and document solutions

· Problem determination and resolution within SLA's

· Install, Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot Exchange servers

· Managing Databases(Creation, Deletion, Modify Settings for Maintenance and Logs) and Database recovery

· Configure ,Maintain & troubleshoot DAG

· Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot connectors, Email Address Policies, CAS Arrays etc..

· Responsible to support, troubleshoot and provide solutions for: Microsoft Lync, Exchange, Active Directory, Certificate Services (Specifically Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol)

· Responsible for providing senior level of support for Exchange Team.

Technical Manager –

· Improve the quality and stability of CAI Platform Services measure by SLAs

· Lead the team of Solution Architects and responsible for generating the expected results

· Weekly Sync-up calls with team and setting up the priorities based on the business requirements

· Create and Develop Project Plans and revises as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements

· Keeps the Project Manager well informed of the status of Project

· Drive Active Directory Security Enhancements, ensure closure of AD vulnerabilities identified through ALSID, Qualys and OAADS Scans

· Establish and support in Maintaining the IT budget CAPEX and OPEX

· Lead the overall Active Directory tower Project & Operations Team

· Manage Key Aspect of ITIL – Problem, Incident and Change Management

Other required Experience and Skills:

· Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level.

· Sufficient technical depth to communicate with business and other internal IS Groups at a peer level.

· Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of global team of engineers.

· Ability and confidence in making system recommendations and providing excellent customer support.

· Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
