About the role :

What’s in it for you?

  • Conduct investigations in response to a range of employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, and other violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Coach, advise and mentor all levels of management through employee relations matters (e.g., interpersonal conflict, communication of employment decisions, advice on policy application)
  • Interpret the Asset protection team reports and propose appropriate consequence management actions.
  • Apply conflict resolution techniques to help employees solve interpersonal or other situational conflicts
  • Communicate with Asset protection team and other stakeholders regularly regarding pending projects and investigations
  • Guide management in the application and interpretation of Code of Conduct and employment laws or regulations and HR-related policies and practices.
  • Build manager capability and employee awareness of internal ER processes, policies and practices
  • Foster effective relationships with HR teams and business leaders
  • Partner with Employment Legal when conducting investigations to facilitate prompt and effective resolution of workplace concerns
  • Analyse employee relations trends with business leaders and HR teams; help develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs and policies.

We are looking for someone with:

· Based out of Bangalore

· 5+ years of experience

· Good written and verbal communication

· Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards

· Working knowledge of local laws that govern employment policies and practices
