Job Mission

We are looking for Technical Marketing Engineer to help design and implement Cohesity SaaS application data protection primarily covering M365 suite of applications by creating technical collateral, enabling internal teams, partners, and customers. You will work cross-functionally with field technical teams, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Partners to understand Cohesity M365 data protection requirements, actively participate in the solution development and integration phase, create best practices, solution guides, whitepapers, and blogs, and deliver field enablement training sessions. You should be passionate and customer-obsessed with a desire to deeply understand customer requirements, business use cases, minimum lovable product criteria and be an enthusiastic influencer in the product development cycle. You will join our Products Solutions team to build, configure, validate best-in-class data protection solutions that are powering the market adoption and growth of our revolutionary software-defined solution.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Collateral—be a Subject Matter Expert and create technical collateral such as best practices, solution guides, white papers, presentations, Videos, blogs for Cohesity SaaS application data protection primarily covering M365.
  • Technical Enablement—deliver field team enablement, partner training and sessions, customer demos, and presentations in a regular cadence.
  • Deals and Opportunities—work cross-functionally with field teams, System Engineers, Account Team to help address the technical queries and assist during the sales cycle and deals/opportunities.
  • Product launches and events—provide technical support for Cohesity product launches, analyst engagements, partner training, and conferences.
  • Innovate and data-driven—apply your “outside-in” expertise and innovate new solutions by doing market analysis, being nitpicky on the product gaps/improvements and user experience, influencing the product development cycle, and creating detailed metrics and analysis to come up with best practices.

Skills/Experience

  • 8+ years in a technical role doing Solution engineering / technical marketing in a technology company preferably handling SaaS applications, such as M365 and SFDC.
  • Have a good understanding of Cloud platforms and ecosystems. Should be well versed with the service delivery methodologies such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
  • Technical exposure data protection solutions primarily covering Sharepoint online,Exchange online, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams and MS Groups.
  • Hands-on experience in administering and configuring the M365 suite of applications.
  • Experience and proven ability to work with product managers, product marketers, engineers, customers, and technical sales teams to seamlessly deliver compelling solutions, training, and technical collaterals.
