Job Responsibilities:

·    Manage full-cycle contract recruitment process from job posting to resume searching, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews and building an internal database.

·    Seek referrals from existing consultants and candidates.

·    Effectively use job portals like Indeed, Monster, Career builder, and social media for recruitment.

·    Establish and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.

·    Work on one of the best Applicant tracking database available

Skills and Experience:

·    1 to 5 years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter for a staffing company

·    Need someone who has experience working on contract W2 & C2C roles for direct clients or Implementation Partner.

·    Experience working on Application Tracking Software (ATS)

·    Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
